There are lots of different methods available on how to conceive a girl or a boy but the most interesting method is through sexual position. Sexual position is thought to increase your chances of conceiving the gender of your choice.
Since the gender of your baby is determined by which chromosome reaches the egg first, you must know the characteristics of each sperm. Y chromosome is the male sperm while X chromosome is the female sperm. So this means that whichever sperm reaches the egg first wins the race.
Male sperm is said to be fast swimmers however, it can only live not more than 24 hours, while female sperm is said to be slow swimmer but can last in a woman’s body for up to 72 hours. You can use these information to conceive the gender of your choice.
To get a boy, the Y chromosome must reach the egg first. The sperm must be deposited as close as possible to the egg and since Y chromosome swims faster, you might try deep penetration technique. The most recommended position is the missionary position.
On the other hand, if you want a baby girl, X chromosome must fertilize the egg first. During ejaculation, the sperm must be deposited as far as possible from the egg to allow the female sperm to reach the egg. This way, male chromosome will die before they can reach the egg. The man must use shallow penetration technique and the most recommended position is the rear penetration.
